Painted after visiting the outskirts of Marakkech, this work captures the same clear blue sky you remember, but a different ground - a more quieter, rougher terrain. I kept forms spare so the colour relationships could do the storytelling. The scene feels like a brief, restful pause outside the market’s rush with a horizon that holds both atmosphere and distance.
