An exercise in repetition that ended up feeling like rhythm on canvas. The assignment pushed me to create a composition from recurring forms, and this one came together with an ease that surprised me. The repeated marks create a soft structure and the light blue holds the space and lets smaller gestures sing against it. It’s a study in pattern and calm.
